WHO MADE MY FABRIC?

🦋 Fashion Revolution week has begun. We can ask brands to be less opaque and demand for transparency in their supply chains. This is necessary so that we decide which brands to support. A lot of effort goes in making a piece of clothing. Time, skill and labour is required. But what about the fabrics we buy? Where do they come from? Who made them? Who are being exploited in this process?

🦋 This week we are asking #whomademyfabric and supporting sustainable fashion brands ♻️

‌P. S. the next blog shows how you can email a brand asking about their textile information, labour and human rights, etc.

  1. Great topic! Knowing who made my fabric helps me choose clothing with more confidence and care. I also look for pieces like a women's shearling bomber jacket
made with quality materials and responsible craftsmanship. Fashion feels more meaningful when we understand the people, processes, and fabric behind every stylish outfit we wear.
